How to Use the Baiden^® Magical Mitten

The Baiden mitten is very easy to use. Please first watch the video and then follow the instructions below.



Fill your bath with plain water, as hot as is comfortable for you. Do not use soaps, lotions, oils, or bubble bath before soaking; they tend to make skin slippery and prevent the exfoliation process. Soak for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the steamy bath to loosen the impurities so the Baiden mitten can achieve its best results. Rinse the Baiden mitten in the hot bath, wring out excessive water, and slip the mitten over your hand. Wrap the strap around your wrist to help hold the mitten in place. Exit the tub, and while your skin is still wet, rub the mitten up and down or back and forth across your skin. Apply only enough pressure to achieve results on your particular skin type.

Avoid over scrubbing and adjust the pressure applied to sensitive areas. The Baiden mitten can be used to exfoliate any part of your body. Once the exfoliation begins, allow the emerging clumps of impurities to facilitate the process by sticking to other impurities, creating a snowball effect. The Baiden mitten works with your perspiration. You may rinse the mitten if necessary, but only rinse your skin after you have totally finished.

**CAUTION**

• Do not exfoliate with the Baiden mitten or any other product if your skin is sunburned or has open wounds. Exfoliation can cause irritation of open skin and worsen the wounds.
• Do not exfoliate your skin more than once weekly.
• The Baiden Mitten should be used only by one person. Sharing the mitten may transfer skin infections.
